The teardrop carries something of those moments when experience feels difficult to hold.
It also embodies our capacity to be moved – to feel joy, mastery, beauty and love.
This struggle is not a flaw, but a necessary human experience.
It invites us closer to parts of ourselves that may have been difficult to know, name, or bear.
Psychotherapy offers a space for this work to unfold: to begin to hear yourself differently, to give words to what has been difficult to hold, and to allow an opening.
